This heart warming video shows the moment that two young siblings met their new twin brother and sister.

Taken by proud mum Molly Schultz, the footage shows Presley and her sister Sawyer approaching a glass partition where two nurses hold out their new twin brother and sister, Lennon and Halen at a hospital in Spokane, Washington.

Molly said: "Their reaction was so sweet! 

"They knew I had two babies in my tummy and when they didn’t come home from the hospital with me, I explained to them they needed the doctors help a little bit since they were a little sick.
