The country concluded its annual 16 Days of Activism Campaign to end violence against Women and children yesterday. South Africa adopted the campaign in 1998 - as an intervention strategy towards creating a society free of violence. But 20 years down the line - with Government having poured millions of Rands and resources into such campaigns - reports indicate that it's not brought about the desired result of ridding or reducing crimes against women and children. We've invited the Minister of Women in the Presidency - Bathabile Dlamini - to talk about the issues regarding this activism campaign. The minister joins us from our studios inPule Mabe.
