Do you or someone you care for have a cold or the flu? Be proactive and get those symptoms under control! Stuffy nose, headache, sore throat, body aches...start feeling better quick! These are tips that I use with my own family. Start by getting yourself nice and warm. Thick socks, a blanket, extra sweater, whatever helps you to feel warmer. Then make yourself some hot tea. Add a dollop of honey, but avoid white sugar. Have yourself a bowl of soup. Clear broth soups not cream. Steer clear of dairy and most meat. Use a warm steam vaporizer with or without essential oils. Take a bath and drink LOTS of liquids (not soda or energy drinks). Use a chest rub to break up congestion. Sleep with the head of your bed raised. Gargle with salt water for a sore throat. And most importantly, REST. Get as much sleep as you can. Watch till the end of the video for a 'make do' last minute chest rub recipe. Most of the essential oils I use I buy from Amazon. They have many good & reputable sellers. Thanks for watching! Affiliate link for steam vaporizer http://amzn.to/2tyDDbx Please don't forget to comment & subscribe!!
