1931.  Silent. Ford - Japan Plant. Tractors pulling train of small trailers loaded with crates around corner of plant to dock, crates on dock, boat tied up, line of new cars parked along side of plant - crane lifting crates marked Ford.
Interior factory  - turbines ?. Worker gets tool from caged area - cloakroom - motorised windows, CU hand pushing switch windows opening. Banks of batteries. Doctors office. 
Exterior - Water tower with Ford on side - interior offices with water sprinklers. Warehouse, worker pushing things on cart - packing area, boxing and crating equipment - weighing crate - overhead crane lifts car chassis onto support frame - repeated. Chassis crated for shipping. 
 Exterior, breaking up crates, salvaging wood - cutting lumber on flat power saw. Auto without body driven into factory onto ramps. Workers being instructed re drive shaft ? Huge steel tool boxes . workers watching instructor
Men in suits watching demonstration of safety glass. Men in classroom applaud teacher who takes a bow.
