CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- It appears that Kentucky and Ohio may have bridged the gap on the Brent Spence Bridge project.
Both governors are expected to announce details on Wednesday on a plan that cuts and splits costs of the project.
The plan is expected to include tolls, but at a discount for people who use the bridge frequently, possibly as low as a dollar.
The bridge is considered functionally obsolete.
