FGV Lawsuit: Isa Samad, 8 Former Directors Ordered To File Defence

The Kuala Lumpur High Court today ordered former FGV Holdings Berhad chairman, Tan Sri Isa Samad and eight others to file their statements of defence in the suit brought by the company to recover a RM514 million loss over its acquisition of London-listed Asia Plantation Ltd, APL in 2014. The High Court deputy registrar Farah Shuhada Ramli ordered all the defendants to file the statements by Jan 31st, 2019. #7Edition #ntv7
