►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use black as your base color
-With the gold polish, wipe most of the polish off of the bottle brush, then gently stroke onto your nails in a tree shape
-With your dotting tool and red polish, add garland at an angle
-Finish with top coat!
