Recipe for Pumpkin Cinnamon Pancakes: 1 cup of pancake mix, 1/2 cup almond milk, 3 tbsps of canned pumpkin, broccoli chopped fine, few dashes of Ceylon Cinnamon ( Regular cheap cinnamon can have toxins. Ceylon cinnamon is the purest and safest of cinnamons) 1 tbsp chia seed, 1 tbsp whole oats, pumpkin seeds, 3 tbsp of cooked quinoa. Choose a health pancake mix from your health food store. Enjoy!🥞
Avoid using non-stick coated items such as woks, frying pans, baking trays, waffle irons, George Forman grills, and similar heated items. PTFE is sneaky and can also be found in irons, ironing boards/covers, glue guns, certain heat-lamps, heavy duty aluminum foil, oven liners and hair dryers.

23 years ago this beautiful boy came into my life. I can't tell you how much he completely changed my life. Parrots like Baby can live 🌻60 to 80+ years🌻. They are a huge commitment for the rest of your life. Many Parrots are given up the first 3 yrs because of behavioral issues or just life happens. (Nobody knows what to do with all of these unwanted birds!) Parrots don't make good pets for most people. If you are thinking about bringing a parrot into your home please ❤ADOPT❤. Check your local parrot rescue. You just might find your child for life. ❤🐦
