🍇🍉🍍Love watching cockatoos eat and enjoy food.🥕🥝🍌 Victoria is a cockatoo that is in her 40's. It has been almost 2yrs since I rescued Victoria. For years Victoria lived in a parakeet cage with no perches. Victoria was a prisoner that never got to see the sun. When Victoria was surrendered she was emaciated and could hardly walk from being malnourished. The day I brought her home I sat her in the sun for a moment. She was scared at first but started to relax and enjoy.💞 Cockatoos🐦 like Victoria can live 80+ years. They are a huge commitment and stay a toddler for life. Many cockatoos 🐦are given up the first 3 yrs of their lives. When they become sexually mature they can become aggressive and loud. It's important to educate yourself if you are thinking about bringing a cockatoo or any parrot into your home. Check your local parrot rescue and ADOPT😘 You just might find your child for life. ❤🍎❤
