A Hawthorne family has had a couple of unexpected visitors from their neighbor's house. This is the second time in a week that the family has found an unwanted guest in their home. Today's guest, a gopher snake, was found slithering down the hallway in the Hawthorne neighborhood. After the first snake was found, the family found out that their neighbor has an extensive snake collection. Animal Control was called out and returned the snake to its owner. However, it is Hawthorne law that you are allowed three pets per household. Snakes, birds, cats, dogs ect. The snake owner has well over three snakes the Animal Control officer advised. He has until Wednesday to get rid of all but three of the snakes. LOUDLABS NEWS
