Painting a Parade Ready Royal Welch Fusilier. You could have recognised the Royal Welch Fusiliers anywhere.They were unique in the British Army. They wore the black ribbons on the 'Flash' on the collars of their jackets.They also wore the original white hackle of the Fusiliers in their caps.The traditions have now been passed on to the soldiers of the Royal Welsh.
