This is where I first saw the game over screen the first time I played the game, so I was hoping for an interesting battle. However, it turned out to be a very easy, long and boring one.

All he ever does is hitting for about 400 damage and using Demi and when the head is still alive he also uses Thunder. So, if you play this right, you cannot lose. Venom is easily avoided.
