Poor planning and shoddy workmanship have stalled a 165 million rand government project that was supposed to create much needed job opportunities for the people of Hankey in the Eastern Cape. Four years on since building commenced The Sarah Baartman Remembrance Centre is still incomplete due to contractual issues and labour disputes. Our reporter Kim Daniels visited the site to see how far the project has progressed.
