Joy was born in the U.S. her mom moved her to cuba for family support, they were suppose to stay only for one year and half, but the Cuban government did not allow them to leave, Joy never heard  of God, she grew up as an atheist, when she was 12 years old, she called on God for first time and she felt God's presence, within one week she got her passport and was able to come back to the U.S, Her mom left her and siblings to pursue American dream, Joy start listening to heavy metal music and as result she start hearing voices, one day she knelt down and sold her soul to satan and made him her lord, she start becoming exceedingly bitter and full of hate, to the point that she wanted to kill, one day she had a dream and Jesus appeared to her and asked her to follow Him.
