This rare daylight move over the majestic Holcomb Creek Trestle was made all the more special by the motive power involved. Kansas City Southern 4174 (an SD70ACe), BNSF 4684 (C44-9W) and BNSF 7300 (ES44DC) were loaned to the Portland & Western to remove BNSF intermodal cars from storage on the former Port of Tillamook Bay Railroad in Banks. These cars were in storage for almost two years before the first set was removed on this train.
