Here, I have removed every part from the boxes inside the big box. I also take a peek at the instruction guide and even though it doesn't state it anywhere, the only tools required are a Phillips screwdriver and a crescent wrench.  See videos A, B, C, and D for the whole assembly process and final analysis after putting it together. I will make future videos showing cooking with it, and give my opinion on its overall grade considering such factors as ease of temperature control, cook quality, and ease of use.
