This is an all new mmorpg that takes an uncommon "realistic" approach, putting the players in an empty realm portraying the Northern California and Nevada area after a world wide cataclysm.  

Here, after switch backing my way to the top of a high rugged mountain, I stop to take in a 360 degree view before deciding to try my first knife fight with one of the wild animals that can be found in Xsyon, a big black bear! 

I also take the time to show off a little of the games crafting and inventory features.  This game definitely looks to be a quality and rare gem in the over-flooded mmorpg list today.  The server is based in Chicago, Illinois and for not even having officially launched yet, it is running pretty smooth!

Xsyon looks to be a crafters and explorers dream game, giving an empty world to the players and allowing the PLAYERS to determine what the game becomes.  It allows full PvP, warfare, house and town building from all the resources that can be obtained within the world.  There are NO NPCS or instances here folks.  A true player driven world and no giant spiders dropping platinum swords of vanquishing here!  ;-)
