Stream WZTV Fox 17 Newscasts LIVE starting with Fox 17 This Morning at 5am and News at 9pm.NASHVILLE, Tenn. - One man's problem centers around the photo on his Tennessee driver license.Ronald Harding came to the Tennessee Tower to get a new license, but when he got it in the mail a couple of weeks later, he couldn't believe what he saw. Ronald Harding's problem is best described as a driver's license debacle. What can I do with this? I certainly couldn't drive with it, says Harding.     After waiting for two hours in the testing center, Harding decided to use an iPad kiosk to guide him through the process. When he got the license in the mail, Harding's information was correct, but the photo on the left side wasn't him. I'm 63 years old, but it has got somebody on there who looks like he is about 25 years old, says Harding.Harding also noticed the signature is wrong.  The mistakes would surely prevent him from boarding an airplane, or cause problems if he's ever pulled over.        FOX 17 News wanted to know how this could happen. The Tennessee Department of Safety calls it an isolated incident. His record received the wrong image from the previous customer. The examiner backed out the transaction, but they didn't do another step, which would have prevented it from every being issued, says Michael Hogan, Director of Driver License Issuance.The state calls it a training issue, that will be addressed with the entire staff. Director Michael Hogan also apologized for the inconvenience. I just don't understand how it could happen, how could this happen the way they are on Homeland Security, says Harding.
