The Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease or HFMD outbreak has gone “beyond the danger level” in Pulau Pinang. State Health, Agriculture and Agro-based Industry and Rural Development Committee Chairman Dr Afif Bahardin said a further 88 children had contracted the disease on Wednesday with an earlier 127 cases reported on Tuesday.
