The system includes headphones and a bio feedback reader as well as a hard drive that contains a unique selection of music and videos to help the user relax. The set also comes with a small USB flashdrive so the system can be used on any computer. A meter displays and effectiveness of the stress reduction and this data can be stored to keep track of progress.
