Baked Potato on a Stick in bateta wara lollipops in Gujarati

This is a great baked version of bateta wara. Ing: 7 medium boiled potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp ginger and garlic 1/4 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 tsp lemon pepper 7 to 8 curry leaves 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes dash of turmeric Chickpea flour for dipping 1 cup chickpea flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp lemon pepper 1 tsp dried parsly flakes water to make a thick paste Method: In a large skilled add the olive oil and heat it up a little add the mustard seeds and let them pop then add the ginger and garlic and cook that util fragrant then add the curry leaves and the potatoes followed by the all the spices. Cook it this mixture a little and give it a taste test and adjust the taste according to your pallet. Mix the chickpea flour and and make a lump free mixture to dip the potato balls. Once the mixture cools down completely keep the aebleskiver maker ready on the heat by adding a little olive oil in it then make a small ball and dip it in the chickpea flour mixture and place the ball in the pan let it brown then turn and cook the other side. Serve with a stick in it or serve just like that. Enjoy with chutney.
