Does Darwin or Hinduism promote eugenics?

With the story telling in Hinduism, we have given reference to the animal kingdom. We agree with the idea of Darwin that we come out of the animal kingdom. Richard Dawkins state that the rule for animal kingdom is very simple because Dawkins goes by survival of the fittest. The Hindus say that when they are operating at the animal kingdom, the only faculty they possess is the survival instinct. This means either eat or be eaten. However, once we have devolved from animal kingdom to human kingdom, we have developed another feature in the human character which is intellect which means that we can now think for ourselves. The complex face of the spirit is humanity. In the human kingdom, we begin to recognize our divinity of all living things so we start showing respect for life. This way the idea of Ahimsa comes in which means to revere life as the spirit is there.
