Whether it be a beef fondue or cheese fondue, they are all delicious though my favorite happens to be gobs of melted cheese on bread cubes. Hotel Fahrner served both and gladdened our hearts when we had a chance to indulge. I must say that Raclette is even dearer to my heart...a big chunk of cheese...melted and drizzled over boiled potatoes and cold meats. Ah well, perhaps next time...
