So, I powdered the graphite in a food blender with some water added, Let the large chunks sink to the bottom over one hour poured of the liquid and then let it settle for 5 hours. This gave me a pretty fine powder that was oily in feel and could be compressed into a diamagnetic block. This is cool stuff and can be bought at https://sites.google.com/site/thinkinkfactory123
