Nippon Kodo exhibited its YUME-NO-YUME series or The Dream of Dreams at the Tokyo International Gift Show 2008.
This series was developed with beautiful, serene images like those found in dreams that are inspired by the changing seasons and features eight different fragrances and ceramic plates or bowls depending on the incense type.
We offer a total of 8 different seasonal fragrances such as Pink Plum Flower with a white floral fragrance, Horse-tail Plant with a fruity-green fragrance, Butterfly, which stimulates the feeling of the coolness of a mid-summer's night, Whooping Crane that depicts the serene coolness of winter, Maple Leaf, which projects the image of leaves changing color in the fall, and Japanese Morning Glory, which creates the image of a quiet summer night. Each of these fragrances can also be purchased as a set with ceramic trays or bowls.
The delicate designs on the fragrance bags and fragrance plates reflect images of nature, such as this one with the maple leaf that can be used during the fall season and this cool design for summer. Customers can select their favorite designs and coordinate them according to their individual tastes.
The stick and coil type incense fragrances are priced at 500 yen, and the ceramic plate and bowls sets that go with the fragrances are priced between 500 and 600 yen.
