Based on Alan Furst's acclaimed novel and adapted by Emmy-winning writers Dick Clement and Ian LaFrenais, "Spies Of Warsaw" is a thrilling  story set in Poland, Paris, London and Berlin in the years leading up to the Second World War.  In the mini-series, French and German intelligence operatives are locked in a desperate life-and-death struggle, as the dark clouds of war gather across the continent. Starring David Tennant (Fright Night, Doctor Who, Hamlet, Casanova)  as Colonel Jean-Francois Mercier, Janet Montgomery (Black Swan, Merlin) in the role of Anna, Colonel Mercier's love interest and Polish actor Marcin Dorocinski as Mercier's aide Antoni Pakulski. The cast also includes Anton Lesser (Dramaville's "The Hour"), Ann Eleonora Jørgensen (The Killing), Richard Lintern (Dramaville's "White Heat"), Nicholas Blane ('"The Tudors") and Julian Harries ("EastEnders").
