http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com Fabulous Mr. Wang (unfortunately speaks only a little English), who drove us through China two years ago and Dondup, our new Tibetan guide were waiting at Xining Airport. A fast transfer to the hotel, dropped bags and headed for a yummy lunch. Mr. Wang does all the ordering and knows - no dog, cat, snake, rat, bat or other insects - for us! It just so happened that the big Quinghai Lake Pro Bicycle Race was coming through Xining today and we stood and watched along with the locals. Watch for the Jelly Belly Team!
