Here’s one completely out of left field... This is an arrangement I was playing around with of Mike Dowling’s tune Rosalie. Mike Dowling is a world-class Country Blues, Fingerstyle, Piedmont artist from the UK, and I’m a huge fan of his. Rosalie is on his stellar 2001 recording ‘Bottomlands’. I’ve always loved the melody of the song, I heard it recently and wondered if it could be played on a Tres. This is what I came up with. I wasn’t planning on using it on my channel but it does sound pretty cool so I thought I’d put it up. Let me know what you think, if you dig it I might do more genre bending tunes. In the tutorial I’m tuned to standard C (GCE) and I'm playing my Mahogany Baby Taylor Tres.
