Malik Beasley is now OFFICIALLY the best Beasley in the NBA. With Michael Beasley permanently, and unfairly, affixed to the bench in Lakerland, Malik sort of wins by default. However, even if Michael Beasley were to get minutes, I don't think he would be as effective as Malik is. In case you missed it, Malik Beasley is shooting over 40% from three this season on a not-insignificant amount of attempts. His sudden emergence as a valuable player is sort of reminding me of how Gary Harris quickly developed into a vital player for the Nuggs in a short amount of time. The only question now, does this guy always get as sweaty as depicted in the thumbnail? Some players just get drenched in sweat the second they step on the court, but I hadn't before noticed that attribute with Beasley. Was he just gassed from having played more minutes than he expected? Either way, the thumbnail image is kind of gross and it skeeves me out just looking at it.
