5 Chinese nationals are in police custody after they were found in possession of military equipment during a 5 o'clock raid of their Lavington residence. A team of detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and officers from the Immigration Department arrested the 4 men and one woman who were in possession of military uniforms including boots, tear gas canisters, radio calls, laptops, metal detectors, walkie-talkies, and one pair of US army uniform. The 5 claim that they were planning to open a security firm but preliminary investigations revealed that they have no work permits. They were seized and kept in custody as the are believed to be a threat to National Security.
