Steal Fighter is an online action-rpg with moba-like maps published by Gravity (ragnarok online), now in open beta in south korea.

Here is some low lvl Assassin tutorial gameplay. Later on, there are moba-like maps.

As you can see, you can steal powers from bosses and use as own skills.
