Syrian refugees in Lebanon now total one million

The number of people who have fled the conflict in Syria has reached what the UN is describing as a "devastating milestone". It says the number of refugees who have fled into Lebanon has now officially topped 1 million. And that is just Lebanon. It does not include the million and a half more who have fled into other countries. Al Jazeera's Rula Amin reports from a refugee camp in Tripoli.
