Tropical Storm Isaac intensified to attain wind speeds of 70mph early this morning, shortly before moving over Haiti. Isaac has since moved just offshore Cuba with winds of 60mph, and may now begin to intensify as it approaches southern Florida. A Hurricane Warning is in force for parts of southern Florida, and the whole state should be on alert for this storm. Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana should continue to watch this storm closely - At this stage it is not certain where the landfall location would be and at what intensity, and is subject to change. Presently, official forecasts are calling for a Hurricane landfall on the Florida Panhandle. Stay tuned
