Today I got this bright blue soldering mat to use for my videos. Yes I do a lot of soldering but it also has a matte finish which is much easier to record my videos on rather then the glossy black finish of my desk. So I decided to test the high temperature feature, and got a little out of hand. Surprisingly, it still did really well after burning my finger on molten solder and overheating the pad with a butane torch.
