CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A repeat drunk driver learns his punishment for his latest run-in with the law Thursday in a Clermont County courtroom. Only Local 12 was there when Timothy Walker was sentenced for his tenth OVI. There was a 15 year gap between his 9th and his 10th offenses. Judge Victor Haddad sentenced Walker to four years behind bars and ordered him to pay a $1,500 fine. The judge also ordered Walker's license suspended for 20 years.
