I'm recording this episode from a recording studio in Bloomington where I'm creating audio versions of my books. 

I was freaked out about this process. What if people don't like the way they sound? What if I screw up? 

I'm not a big believer in writing down your goals because I feel like you're limiting yourself. But many times when you're scared of something, it's all in the abstract. 

To overcome your fears, write them down. Because when you take a piece of paper and write down all the things we're scared of, you can dimensionalize them, look them in the face, and overcome them.
