Jumping on the pumpkin spice bandwagon and loving it.  Every fall, it's time for pumpkin spice in everything...and boy, do we mean everything.  So, we can either whine about they're going overboard with the pumpkin spice...or, we can do it right and enjoy ourselves. Because when it's done right, pumpkin spice is delicious. Here's a chocolate chip pumpkin spice cake, prepared in a cast iron bundt pan to cash in on this fad.

The cast iron cake pan is an "unknown" bundt pan, likely of early to mid 20th century make.  I thought it was an unmarked Wagner, but it was pointed out that this pan is much thicker and heavier than genuine Wagner bundt pans.
