I wrote a long paper I wanted to share, but did not have the time to do it here for fear of being interrupted...so I will do it in a podcast type format. 
 If you enjoy it, let me know and I will try to do more. I don't have a lot of time to do editing and stuff because I have kids and a life and work and all that stuff and it keeps me busy.
