Needless to say, we haven't really gone out since the death of Zachary on August 2, 2006. So we thought we would do a little transition, go out to dinner and to see if we can find Shaun. Dinner was a surprise, William knows I'm a sucker for Mexican food. As well that I am going to start dieting on Monday so I got my mexican fix! It was a great restaurant with a nice cozy vibe. After dinner, we walked over to the pub which is owned by Shaun, he is one of William's distant relative. Sadly, Shaun just left to go to India that he spends 6 weeks a year there to help with a orphanage. So I was unable to meet him. But we do plan to head back in a few weeks. Also how to make a Irish Car Bomb, a pint of Guiness, a shot glass with Irish Whiskey and Baileys. You drop the shot glass into the pint of Guiness and chug it as fast as possible.
