Tons of hugs ♥Mel Below is the description

Located in Regensburg

This is one of the most beautiful Cathedrals I have ever seen, needless to say it left me breathless when I left. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved castles and cathedrals. But now being a mother of a child that has past, cathedrals just have new meaning to me. As I left this cathedral I had to fight tears to come down my face. I hope you enjoy the beauty of this church.

The Cathedral History began in c.700. The Vaulting is said to be one of the most striking in Germany. Building operations went on there in French Gothic style for 250 years in the Middle Ages. The vault rises to a height of 32 m above the main nave in a straight forward cross-ribbed system.
