Zimbabwean president due in China on Sunday

Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa is due to fly to China this Sunday for a state visit where he is expected to meet with Chinese top officials. This will be his first visit to the Asian Giant after taking office. Speaking at the Commissioning Ceremony for the Kariba South Hydro Power expansion project, Mnangagwa thanked Xi for his country's assistance with the project. During the five day visit, Mnangagwa will meet President Xi and a host of Chinese government officials and discuss a number of issues, key among them cooperation and trade.
