Rainbow Trout Catch and Cook with Kids

Last week my kids and I spent some time up in Washington State camping with out family.  On one of the days My Dad and I took my son and nephew out for some trout fishing on Clear Lake, a beautiful Trout Fishery in the Cascade Mountains.  

We got into the Rainbow Trout and caught several.  The Rainbows in this lake typically don't get very large but darn do they taste good.  I've been catching and eating Trout from this lake since I was a little kid so it was fun to do this with my son.  

After catching we cleaned the fish and then prepped them for the fire.  After 7 minutes per side over the fire the fish were ready to eat and the catch and cook was complete.
