It's time for another GEAR and SCREENCAST video! In this video, I'll be showing you how to integrate the Avid Eleven Rack with a different DAW other than Pro Tools: Tracktion Waveform. (Note: This should also work with previous versions of Tracktion software.)

I was so relieved when I figured out how to get this to work. At first, it was a bit of a headache getting my computer—a Mac Mini Mid-2011—to recognize the Eleven Rack. But I finally figured out all the details, and I'll show you how to get everything to communicating properly in this video.

PRO TIP: If you're using Big Sur, I've found that Eleven Rack Editor is compatible, but sometimes the interface disappears. The quick fix for this is to go to the Window menu and toggle off/on the Show option.
