Raila: NASA will go to court to block Kshs 2.5 billion tender

NASA leader Raila Odinga says the coalition will go to court to block the 2.5 billion shillings ballot printing tender awarded to a Dubai company. Odinga says presidential ballot papers have already been printed in what appears to be an elaborate rigging plan. The IEBC however disputes his claims saying the printing of ballot papers will start on the 23rd of June.
