Moyane loses ConCourt bid to set aside his dismissal

The Constitutional Court has dismissed an application by axed SARS commissioner Tom Moyane to have the Nugent Commission set aside and his dismissal overturned. President Cyril Ramaphosa fired Moyane in early November 2018. The ConCourt says it has considered the application and affidavits of Moyane's lawyer Eric Mabuza and former President Jacob Zuma and has decided to dismiss the application because grounds for its exclusive jurisdiction has not been established.
