Instant Inverter Follow-up - Better Filtering

One problem with the simple design in the last video is that if you had a non perfect input signal you would get a weak signal out of the inverter in the off state. The easiest way around this is to simply add another comparator to the end of the inverter to filter out signals weaker than 15 since the inverter will output only 15 strength signals. (Also two of these in a row will repeat a signal back up to full strength instantly acting as a instant repeater.
