Vacation time can be a well deserved break from the daily grind. All inclusive's offer a financially manageable way to take a break. With a few scary traps along the way. Like way to much access to food. Super yummy sugary ice drinks with alcohol. Not enough activity. Of course you could look at it a bit more positively as this is a great place to have a training camp for the 10,000 calorie challenge. This year we had chest colds so we couldn't do many of the activities we typically like to do. We did make an effort to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. Normally we would like to run at least 2 mornings over the week that we would stay and then hit the gym on 2 other days giving you at least 4 days where you are being active and still leaving plenty of time for relaxation and excursions.
