http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com The cherry trees (called "sakura") bloomed late this year, fortunate for us and gave many chances to stop, admire and photograph whenever we came across another clump. More time walking, looking at more food, and finally stumbling upon Teramachi Shopping Arcade that leads off Sanjo-Dori. Two parallel streets are filled with what else, more restaurants, stores, restaurants and even serene Honnoji Temple tucked away on this street; the hip, fashionistas and young people are intent on their weekend stroll - eating and shopping.
