 At Alliance Accra

- Famous singing star from IVORY COAST COTE D'IVOIRE - Dobet Gnahore live - in Accra, Ghana - Dobet Gnahore live at Alliance world class artist - performs live at Alliance Francaise.

Dobet Gnahore has now reached international stardom, she performs in Europe, because of her french language in France, but also other countries. We look forward to see Dobet Gnahore in Accra soon again.

Energy bustling Dobet Gnahore is amazing. Ivory Coast-born singer Dobet Gnahoré and her three musicians band on guitar, bass and drums.

Like Zerpa, Gnahoré has a striking stage presence – resplendent in black, hair tied up in a bright red headpiece.

Gold glittered boots give her an amazing image. It s not only the looks, but the power and range of Gnahoré’s voice that transfixes.

When she dances, it simply underlines why she has a reputation as being one of Africa’s most dynamic performers.

She always goes barefeet in stage, gold boots are discarded, you the dancing gets more like gymnastics.

It incites an impromptu stage invasion by some audience members and Family Atlantica’s percussionist in a sort of dance-off.

“Dancing is tax free – go for it!” Zerpa announces.
