The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance Keith Muhakanizi has one week to reconcile his submissions to parliament, on why he changed the names of accounting officers submitted to the house recently.

Muhakanizi, whose other designation is secretary to the treasury, was appearing before parliament today to explain his position in determining which accounting officers are now mandated to handle public funds.
